We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how our returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products. To start the return process, please contact us at info@brynzale-living.com.

Please make sure the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Process

Contact us first: Send an email to info@brynzale-living.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
  • Package the product securely: Make sure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

Changed your mind and want to exchange a product? No problem! Contact us at info@brynzale-living.com with the details of the item you’d like to receive, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@brynzale-living.com. Please note that once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help! Take a photo of the issue and send it to info@brynzale-living.com. We’ll make sure you receive the correct or a replacement item.
