  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the United Kingdom

Shipping Procedure

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that processing has begun. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery typically takes about 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

We are happy to offer free shipping on all United Kingdom orders.

Delays

If the maximum processing and delivery time has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please don’t worry. Allow up to 2 additional business days (Monday–Friday) and make sure to check your tracking information. If your order still hasn’t been delivered after that, contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@bryzdale-living.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send photos of the issue to info@brynzale-living.com. We will review your case promptly and make sure you receive the correct, undamaged product.
